This department is responsible for cash management (borrowing, payment, collection, etc.), income and expenditure management (monthly and annual closing), and operations related to funds, income and expenditure, and management of the Chemical block as a whole.

The plant started operation in 1987. The site area is 24,750 m2. The main products are automotive interior and exterior plastic parts, which are used in many automobiles in Japan and overseas. We also plan and develop new model products and can provide an integrated production process from design to mold fabrication, injection molding, machining, and assembly.

Design and Development Area

国内は三重・栃木、海外はタイに設計開発拠点を設置し、専用ソフトを用いた解析による最適金型仕様提案や部品・荷姿・工程設計、新素材・技術の開発に日々尽力しています。また海外拠点から研修生を受け入れるなど、人材育成にも積極的に取り組んでいます。

Tooling Area

グローバルネットワークを活用し、国内外での金型調達が可能。（日本、北米、東アジア、東南アジア）工場併設により、金型調整や改造、緊急時の修理・メンテナンスの迅速な対応が可能です。開発・技術・製造部門と連携し、商品品質と生産性の良い金型製作に尽力しています。

Mie Plant Staff

10代～60代の幅広い社員が各部門で活躍しています。釣りや球技、駅伝大会に参加したり、ボランティア活動にも取り組んでおり、社員間のコミュニケーションが活発な職場です。また通信教育や講習参加、技能や資格の取得など個人の育成を大切にしています。

The Saitama Plant was newly established to consolidate the injection molding plant in Kisarazu, Chiba Prefecture and the processing and assembly plant in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture into one plant in 2020. The site area is 22,768㎡. The main production items are plastic automotive interior and exterior parts, which are used in many automobiles in Japan and abroad. The plant also plans and develops new model products, and is capable of integrated production processes from design to mold fabrication, injection molding,and assembly.

製造された製品が安全基準を満たしているか管理することも重要な仕事のうちの一つです。弊社では試験設備を導入し、側突試験などを自社内で行っています。
